Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-established team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a book of business, working with small groups (under 25 group lives) or larger groups, depending on expertise.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business, primarily focusing on small groups (under 25 group lives) or larger groups as needed. Handle various types of accounts, including self-insured, level-funded, and fully insured plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service. Occasionally travel for client meetings and business engagements. Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license. Minimum of 4 years in Employee Benefits Account Management. Experience with EPIC software is preferred. Motivated and hardworking. Strong insurance knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and client-focused mindset. Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business engagements.
