Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract to Hire | Brentwood, PA

Pay: Up to $28/hr

Location: Near Brentwood, PA

LHH is currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company near the Brentwood, PA area for a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, and the potential for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do Monitor and manage customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy Process cash applications and ensure timely posting of payments Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to support collections and forecasting Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems with AR transactions What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting Strong understanding of cash applications and AR reporting Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, NAVISIO, or similar Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ready to Apply?

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
