What You'll Be Doing: Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close activities Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting Use ERP systems to streamline receivables and improve efficiency What We're Looking For: 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a senior role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for getting things done Ready to Apply?

Pay Details:

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
