Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a

Senior Manager of Employee Relations

on behalf of our client, a world-renowned luxury brand known for its fashion, fragrance, beauty, watches, and fine jewelry. This position plays a critical role in cultivating a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace by managing complex employee relations matters and partnering with leaders to foster a culture of trust and accountability. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in investigations, conflict resolution, and employment law, with a passion for building strong relationships and supporting a people-first culture. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace policy violations across the Fashion Retail and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.

Partner with P&O Business Partners and leadership to develop and implement appropriate, compliant resolutions.

Provide thoughtful, creative solutions grounded in company policies, procedures, and state and federal labor laws.

Collaborate closely with Legal, Benefits, and other Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent handling of accommodations and sensitive matters.

Own employee relations reporting and data analysis to identify trends, mitigate risk, and guide proactive HR strategies.

Coach and advise P&O leadership on performance management, workplace conflict, terminations, accommodations, and other complex employee relations issues.

Support the creation and refinement of policies and procedures that promote inclusivity, fairness, and compliance.

Partner with Learning & Development to assess and implement leadership training programs focused on employee relations and workplace culture.

Assist the Legal team in responding to external inquiries such as lawyer letters, agency claims, and subpoenas.

Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Advanced degree is preferred but not required.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in employee relations or a closely related field, with experience in retail environments preferred.

Proven track record of handling complex investigations and advising senior leaders on HR matters.

Skills: Expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, and investigative best practices.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and advise at all organizational levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience using HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Certifications: Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar) preferred but not required.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment law, workplace investigations, and compliance practices.

Familiarity with retail operations and luxury brand environments is a plus.
