Position Overview We are seeking a skilled

CNC Maintenance Repair Technician

to join our team and support the operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and related systems. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

routine preventive maintenance : lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, and inspections per manufacturer guidelines.

Troubleshoot and repair

mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .

Conduct

basic machining operations

as necessary to support equipment repair.

Interpret

technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Execute

root cause analysis

and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Collaborate with production teams to proactively identify maintenance issues.

Assist with

equipment installation and relocation , including connection of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Organize and maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.

Ensure compliance with

company safety protocols

and OSHA regulations.

Accurately

document maintenance activities

and report status updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience , preferably in a CNC machining environment.

Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting

CNC lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment .

Skilled in

electrical systems up to 480V , including wiring and rewiring.

Ability to

read and interpret blueprints , equipment manuals, and schematics.

Experience with

mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .

Comfortable using

power tools, electrical meters, and forklifts .

Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work

independently or as part of a team .

Adaptable to

changing priorities and schedules .

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years

experience in:

Electrical wiring

Blueprint reading

Safety practices in industrial settings

Valid

Driver's License
