Job Description

The Senior Associate / Development Manager will support feasibility studies, financial underwriting, market analysis and consultant coordination from project due diligence and land acquisition to construction commencement.

Organize and manage bids from both consultants and contractors Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the development process. Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively. Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management regarding project progress. Ensure all deliverables meet the quality expectations of the company and clients. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the property development department. The Successful Applicant

Target profiles will include a completed Bachelors with at least 3 years of experience in residential development. Other attributes:

A strong understanding of property development and project management principles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the major Texas markets Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. What's on Offer
