Accounts Receivable Specialist

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy keeping financial operations on track? We're looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist who brings precision, persistence, and advanced technical expertise to support our growing manufacturing business in am onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full AR cycle, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies • Partner with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing • Support month-end close and audit preparation • Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies • Contribute to process improvements that enhance cash flow and customer experience
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of AR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) • Excellent communication, follow-through, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Pay Details:
$27.00 to $33.00 per hour
