Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you a detail-driven AP professional with strong 3-way match experience and a background in manufacturing? Join our team in a hybrid role where your precision and problem-solving skills will help drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including high-volume invoice processing • Execute 3-way match procedures to ensure accuracy across purchase orders, receipts, and invoices • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly • Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows • Support month-end close and assist with financial reporting • Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of AP experience in a manufacturing setting • Strong understanding of 3-way match and inventory-related transactions • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Hybrid work experience preferred

Pay Details:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
