Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, alongside a minimum of 12 years in athletics administration, communications, marketing, or external affairs. A proven record of leading large, diverse teams is essential, along with exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will engage in proactive storytelling to showcase the achievements of our student-athletes, coaching staff, and community impact. You will drive innovation in digital strategy and enhance fan experience initiatives. Collaboration with various units will be crucial to support departmental revenue goals, emphasizing data-driven approaches in development, sponsorship, and ticket sales.
