Responsibilities
Lead all core accounting activities, including general ledger, monthly/quarterly close, financial reporting, payables/receivables, treasury, and debt compliance. Maintain adherence to U.S. GAAP and ensure accurate, timely financial information for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the CFO on cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and support of acquisition-related integration. Oversee annual audit and manage all lender reporting obligations. Drive operational excellence by strengthening internal controls, streamlining processes, and implementing system & reporting improvements. Supervise and develop a high-performing accounting/ finance team. Qualifications
At least 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience. CPA required; Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred. Prior experience within private equity-backed environments. Technical expertise in GAAP and full-cycle accounting operations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; proficient with accounting software.
