Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
Blend of private equity, public company, and public accounting exposure preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, and cost accounting
Experienced leading multi‑entity or international accounting operations
Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable creating structure from the ground up
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally
What You’ll Do
Lead global consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities
Strengthen accounting controls, balance sheet integrity, and policy compliance
Implement and refine cost accounting and standard costing practices
Manage cash flow and treasury operations
Oversee tax, audit, and lender compliance for private equity stakeholders
Partner with leadership to build scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across finance functions

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
