Job Description
This Manufacturing Manager will:* Drive safety, quality, and operational performance across value streams. * Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams. * Optimize processes, capacity, and resource allocation for efficiency. * Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor production metrics and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies. * Coordinate cross-functional operations and support leadership objectives. The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline. * 7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Experience leading value streams, managing resources, and driving process improvement. * Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, Six Sigma, and Strategy Deployment. * Ability to mentor, train, and develop teams, from production associates to supervisors. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization. * Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and SPC programs.
