Job Description
Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee quality control processes to maintain product standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing staff to foster professional growth. Analyze production data to identify trends and implement improvements. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for manufacturing projects.
