$60,000–$70,000
for advisors with a
$4–5MM+
portable book;
$40,000–$50,000
for earlier‑career/sub‑$5MM variants.
Production grid:
Scales up with revenue; meaningful upside as recurring AUM compounds (OTE varies with book portability and new assets).
Location & Schedule:
In‑office, Louisville, KY . New Louisville office opens

The Opportunity If you’re a proven advisor plateaued by marketing limits, inconsistent appointment flow, or thin ops— FWPP
gives you the engine you’ve been missing. We’re an SEC‑registered RIA (~$350MM AUM) serving
pre‑retirees/retirees
with education‑first planning, retirement income strategies, investment management, tax planning insights, and coordinated estate planning—often integrating
fixed insurance/FIA
solutions (fiduciary for advisory accounts; insurance placed via an affiliated agency when planning dictates).
What You’ll Own
Transition & retain
your book ( target $4–5MM+
within 6–12 months); execute ACATs/rollovers and set a client‑review cadence.
Convert and grow AUM:
turn transactional/orphaned assets into recurring fee‑based relationships.
Run a high‑activity calendar:
first‑time appointments supplied by in‑house appointment‑setting + FWPP’s event engine (TV/radio, workshops, dignitary & client events).
Portfolio oversight:
align to risk and phase of life; partner with ops for trading, billing, and maintenance.
Document best interest:
position fixed insurance/FIAs (as appropriate) with clear rationale and disclosures.
Who Succeeds Here Required
Licensing:
Series 65
(or
66 + 7 );
KY Life & Health
(or obtain within 90 days).
Experience:
3–7+ years
client‑facing advisory/planning with verifiable new‑asset acquisition.
Portable relationships:
$4–5MM+
assets likely to transfer.
Presence:
In‑office most days in Louisville; thrives in a
team‑based
model.
Preferred:
CFP®, ChFC®, WMCP®, CLTC®, AIF®, CRES ; bank‑advisor backgrounds with a plan to migrate to recurring AUM; comfort leading support staff as your book scales.
