Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Own a book. Lead the growth. Transform the future of a major advisory office. A San Antonio-based Investment Group is looking to add a Financial Advisor to their team. They aren’t looking for a traditional advisor. They want a driven, hungry, entrepreneur-minded leader who is ready to step into a high-trust portfolio and accelerate growth. This is a rare opportunity to inherit
$50M+ in AUM , transition the book into a modern, fee-based model, and champion a proprietary alternative investment fund that is rapidly fueling expansion across the firm. The right person will think like an owner, build lasting client relationships, and energize the San Antonio office toward its billion-dollar growth goal.
Financial Advisor Responsibilities
Lead client relationships with both accredited and unaccredited investors
Transition existing annuity-heavy book to fee-based, managed money
Introduce and position Capstone’s proprietary alternative investment options
Conduct discovery to identify client needs and deliver tailored planning solutions
Build new client relationships through strategic networking and referrals
Attend and support local marketing seminars and investor events
Provide clear, compliant education on investment opportunities and risk profiles
Partner with Ops and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Consistently meet growth targets and revenue objectives
Act as a trusted fiduciary, delivering world-class service and communication
Financial Advisor Requirements
Active Series 65/66 or equivalent
3 - 5+ years of client-facing advisory or investment sales experience
Proven ability to win and retain business
Strong knowledge of regulations and fiduciary compliance
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Math, or similar
Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive, urgency, and accountability
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Comfortable discussing and promoting alternative investments
Energetic presence — positive attitude, client-first approach
CFP preferred
