About the Role This cross‑functional, hands‑on role blends strategy and execution. As Senior Manager, Product Management - Video Visits, you will help lead the development and execution of a portfolio strategy that expands Signify’s core telehealth delivery capability and makes healthcare services more accessible for members. You will define product vision and strategy, conduct market and customer research, build business cases, create and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and work with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch successful products throughout their life cycle.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Support the development of our portfolio strategy for healthcare delivery, identifying and evaluating potential offerings to shape a multi‑year roadmap for telehealth capabilities aligned with Signify Health’s long‑term business strategy.
Problem Identification & Solutioning: Analyze product performance data to identify pain points, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions, and monitor effectiveness.
Product Development: Facilitate product discovery processes—including user research, journey mapping, and pain point analysis—to shape solution design. Translate opportunities into clear product requirements and lead them through the entire product lifecycle.
Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare‑at‑home market. Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions and identify differentiation.
Business Cases: Translate strategic opportunities into data‑driven, clear business cases. Quantify value, impact, cost, and feasibility, validate product‑market fit, and establish prioritization frameworks for investment decisions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align with product, clinical, operations, finance, client success, and sales teams to capture feedback, support decision‑making, and ensure product success.
Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a 12‑36 month roadmap that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in product development or product management—preferably within healthcare.
Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree preferred, especially in business, engineering, or healthcare.
Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics, value‑based care, and emerging models of care delivery.
A passion for innovation and building impactful products in healthcare.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to frame problems, synthesize insights, and propose actionable solutions.
Experience building business cases that inform strategic investments, including market sizing, financial projections, resource planning, and scenario modeling.
Track record of owning parts of the product development lifecycle—from discovery through MVP to scale.
Proficiency with product development concepts and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, and agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and translating insights into action.
Comfort with data analysis and discovery to validate opportunities and align with business objectives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and drive progress across multiple work streams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear narratives and influence stakeholders.
