Overview RED Global is looking for a Senior Account Executive to be a part of a growing team within our Raleigh, NC location. You will be responsible for cultivating your own client relationships.

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Identify target markets and establish plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.

Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Leverage your experience at large staffing firms to identify and secure new business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure long‑term partnerships.

3. Market Knowledge and Trend Analysis

Stay updated on trends in the IT industry and staffing market, including emerging technologies and skillset demands.

Provide insights to clients and the team about market opportunities and challenges.

Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

4. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and candidate delivery.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting IT clients.

Communicate effectively with senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Operational Excellence

Oversee the implementation of best practices in sales processes and Dynamics CRM usage.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the SAP/IT‑staffing or SAP/IT‑services industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of SAP and IT‑roles, skills, and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Placement experience in IT areas such as: SAP ECC and S4 HANA

ERP bolt‑on applications (Vistex, Hyperion, Vertex, BlueYonder, Manhattan, Workday, etc.)

Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps

Smart Data and AI solutions (ML/genAI)

Business‑focused IT‑Roles (e.g., BAs, PMs, Scrum Masters, etc.)

Cyber‑ and Cloud Security
