Executive Assistant (NCS) – Department of Finance THIS IS A NON-CIVIL SERVICE POSITION

SALARY RANGE:

$55,497.00 – $88,796.00 per annum.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Department of Finance’s Bureau of Revenue Collections (BRC) is seeking an Executive Assistant to report directly to the Bureau Chief. The role provides high-level administrative support, managing the Bureau Chief’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and acting as the primary point of contact for several Bureau initiatives to ensure seamless operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Five years of executive-level administrative support experience, including at least two years in a confidential environment.

Equivalent combination of education and experience recognized as equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Experience supporting C‑suite executives is preferred.

Probation:
