Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is integral to managing and growing a book of small to middle-market accounts ensuring exceptional client service and efficient handling of renewals and new business quoting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with a focus on small to middle-market accounts.
Handle marketing for renewal and new business quoting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
Proficiency in using agency management software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
