Senior Director of HR Operations - West Palm Beach FL - SaaS
Our team is working with a leading SaaS company focused on Data Security looking to hire a Senior Director of HR for their growing team. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll, efficient HR operations, compliant policies, and smooth coordination between Finance and HR.

Responsibilities
HR Operations Management: Oversee daily HR processes, including performance improvement plans, terminations, job changes, job postings, and employment documentation.
Payroll Administration (ADP): Manage all aspects of multi-jurisdiction payroll in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Global Administration: Manage payroll process for consultants and third‑party processors outside of the United States.
Benefits Administration: Oversee plan setup, open enrollment, audits, and carrier management. Partner with the broker of record and vendors to maintain compliant and cost‑effective plans.
Compliance & Risk: Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws, FMLA, ACA, EEOC, and other employment regulations. Prepare for and lead internal or external audits.
HRIS Oversight: Serve as system administrator for HR technology (HRIS, timekeeping, ATS). Ensure accurate data flow between HR and Finance systems.
Hiring Support: Partner with managers to support the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of employees across multiple locations.
Reporting & Metrics: Prepare headcount, payroll, and compliance reports for finance and leadership.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows; establish clear SOPs and documentation for all HR processes.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with ADP, benefits brokers, background check providers, and other HR vendors.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
Strong hands‑on experience managing ADP payroll for multi‑state hourly and salaried employees.
Working knowledge of HR compliance, benefits, and HRIS administration.
Experience supporting hourly and part‑time workforce operations.
Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, CPP) preferred.
