An innovative and fast-growing data analytics company is looking for a Senior Director of HR Operations to lead all aspects of HR systems, payroll, compliance, and HR–Finance alignment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and balances strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) offering a base salary of $140,000–$160,000, plus a strong annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily HR operations, including performance management, job changes, terminations, and employment documentation
Manage multi‑state payroll through ADP and coordinate international payroll for consultants
Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor management
Maintain compliance with all applicable wage and hour, FMLA, ACA, and EEOC regulations; prepare for and support audits
Administer HR systems including HRIS, timekeeping, and applicant tracking platforms
Partner with managers to support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding across multiple locations
Generate and analyze reports on payroll, headcount, and compliance metrics
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including hands‑on ADP payroll management
Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or CPP certification preferred
Background in mid‑sized organizations (200–500 employees)
Strong understanding of HR compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms
Proven ability to manage and support hourly and part‑time workforce operations
