Introduction
Our client is a full-service general practice hospital providing care for canine, feline, reptile, and pocket pet patients. They are currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team.
Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This position offers flexibility with either full-time or part-time scheduling, allowing candidates to choose from 6‑ or 12‑hour shift options. The schedule follows a rotating structure to support work‑life balance. Weekend and urgent care shift rotation is expected, with no overnight or on‑call responsibilities. Doctor hours are open to discussion to accommodate individual preferences.
Role Description And Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care across wellness, preventative, and urgent care services. Candidates must have a minimum of 3‑4 years of clinical experience, as this role is open to experienced veterinarians only. Responsibilities include delivering high‑quality, client‑focused veterinary care in alignment with the hospital's standards.
Practice Details This AAHA‑accredited hospital features state‑of‑the‑art facilities and advanced equipment to support a wide range of veterinary services. As a full‑service general practice, the hospital handles a diverse caseload, creating opportunities for variety and professional growth within a well‑equipped environment.
Team The medical team consists of six DVMs supported by a high tech‑to‑doctor ratio, fostering a collaborative workplace culture where veterinarians are well‑supported in delivering excellent patient care.
Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
