Overview
Tempus Veterinary Recruitment is partnering with iHire to fill an Associate Veterinarian position at a full‑time or part‑time small‑animal practice in Vero Beach, Florida.
Location: Vero Beach, Florida.
Working Hours / Rota – The practice is open Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Flexibility for full‑time or part‑time schedules with no after‑hours requirements.
Practice Details – Modern facility, on‑site laboratory, advanced diagnostics, preventive focus, client education, and a team of three DVMs and nine support staff.
Team – Three experienced DVMs, two dedicated surgery technicians, several veterinary assistants; low turnover, collaborative environment.
Role Description & Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will perform all duties associated with a general practice veterinarian, including surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and preventive care. The role encourages professional growth and welcomes both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States.
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain a state license for the state they are applying to work in.
Must have the right to work in the United States or be able to obtain the required visa.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $150,000 per year.
Signing bonus.
