Systems Administrator I / Helpdesk Technician

at our St. Louis, MO location. The Systems Administrator I / Helpdesk Technician supports all information technology functions within CK Power Family of Companies. You’ll ensure that the company’s technology infrastructure—servers, networks, applications, and user devices—operates efficiently and securely. The position combines hands‑on technical support with systems administration responsibilities to keep business operations running smoothly across multiple locations. What You’ll Do:

Provide daily technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (in-person and remote). Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy objects. Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, email, Teams, and SharePoint. Monitor and maintain local and wide area networks, firewalls, switches, and wireless systems. Ensure proper data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested. Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP and production‑related software systems. Maintain IT documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures. Manage hardware inventory, software licensing, and warranty tracking. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects such as equipment upgrades, system migrations, and infrastructure improvements. Implement cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection, access control, and user training. Coordinate with third‑party vendors and service providers as needed. Provide training and guidance to employees on basic IT practices and data security. What You’ll Need:

3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and system backups. Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper‑V) and remote access tools. What Helps:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Experience supporting ERP or business management systems is a plus.
