In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to community outreach programs. As an Entry‑Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced event planners, gaining hands‑on experience in the event management process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation
Support marketing efforts through social media promotion and outreach
Maintain event budgets and track expenses
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to fulfill event requirements
Create and distribute event materials, including invitations and programs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced setting
