What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct comprehensive research on philanthropic donor prospects and analyze their giving patterns
Support prospect identification and qualification efforts for the Global Philanthropic Engagement fundraising team
Translate data into actionable insights to enhance fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate donor research into broader fundraising initiatives
Stay updated on current research trends and best practices in prospect research and fundraising
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as nonprofit management, fundraising, or data analytics
Minimum of three years of experience in prospect research or fundraising intelligence within the nonprofit sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for actionable insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of research findings
Proficiency in fundraising CRMs, preferably Salesforce, and online research tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a large‑scale capital campaign or multi‑year fundraising initiative
Expertise in wealth analysis and donor profiling
