Job Summary We are seeking driven, ambitious outside sales professionals to join our aggressive and lucrative Sales Representative Program. The role involves offering businesses in your local community substantial savings through our Cash Discount Program, earning weekly stipends, commissions, and bonuses. Successful candidates will work with a dedicated sales manager and receive ongoing, results‑driven training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong business relationships with merchants, primarily through cold calling small‑to‑medium‑sized businesses.
Prepare and present competitive sales proposals in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Attend assigned pre‑set company appointments.
Earn and manage commissions, monthly bonuses, and lifetime residuals.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, mortgage sales, energy, insurance, advertising, real estate, or B2B/D2D sales.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong work ethic and self‑motivated with a drive to succeed.
Ability to self‑source leads through cold calling and networking.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
Cold‑calling proficiency, assertive and persistent style (plus bonus points for bilingual).
Compensation & Benefits
