Executive Chef Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional food quality and service at all times.
Oversee food ordering, cost control, and labor management.
Lead a positive, high‑energy kitchen team, fostering growth and accountability.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards while upholding the brand’s reputation.
Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Executive Chef Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in a similar role required.
High‑volume experience is a plus.
Culinary degree is a bonus, but not required.
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
NRO experience highly preferred.
