Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of high‑volume restaurant operations experience ($10M+).
Passport required for training.
Full‑service, polished dining experience is essential.
New restaurant opening (NRO) experience is a plus.
Professional culinary training preferred, but not required.
Multi‑unit leadership experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Strong passion for food and people, with an adaptable mindset.
Team‑oriented and open‑minded approach to leadership.
Must relocate to Dallas.
