Senior HR Business Partner

(HR BP) to partner with the Fiduciary Trust International leadership team to align people strategies with business priorities and transformation goals. Fiduciary Trust International is a wealth management firm, part of Franklin Templeton, founded in 1931 with a singular focus on growing and protecting clients’ wealth through generations. Candidates should be based in or around New York City and capable of working a hybrid schedule with three days in office. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner who drives toward HR solutions in support of the enterprise by developing, guiding, coaching, influencing, and advising executives on how to proactively address talent strategies, opportunities, and challenges. In this role, you will play a significant role with Executives and business Heads, driving toward talent management strategies that include workforce planning, global compensation solutions, leadership development, performance management, organizational change, and succession planning. Leverages data analytics and business context to tell a story that focuses on talent solutions in support of the enterprise and the lines of business. Anticipates changing business situations, adjusts priorities accordingly, and gathers necessary resources to drive for outcomes and achieve goals. Coordinates with teams across geographic or cultural boundaries to understand and overcome obstacles and develop solutions. How You Will Add Value

Strategic Leadership

Proactively identify and address organizational challenges, designing and implementing solutions that span from organizational structure to leadership development. These efforts should be focused on growth, operational agility, and enhanced clarity across the business. Serve as a catalyst for strategic change by partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Acting as a change agent by fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that the organization is equipped to meet evolving business needs. Executive Coaching & Leadership Development

Provide targeted coaching to senior leaders, empowering them to extend their influence beyond their immediate teams. Constructively challenge existing assumptions and decision-making processes, holding leaders accountable for demonstrating the competencies and behaviors that drive organizational strategy and success. Culture & Enterprise Thinking

Model and promote transparency, resilience, and enterprise-wide thinking. Set the standard for leadership behavior, cultivating an environment where openness and strategic vision are integral to the organizational culture. Data-Driven Workforce Planning

Leverage workforce analytics to inform and guide strategic workforce planning initiatives. Use data-driven insights to identify talent trends, forecast future needs, and support evidence-based decision making. Integrated HR Solutions & Program Adoption

Collaborate across the HR organization to deliver cohesive, business-aligned HR solutions encompassing total rewards, learning and development, and talent management. Provide strategic consultation and input into the design and development of enterprise-wide HR programs. Champion the successful adoption of global HR initiatives within assigned business units by building buy-in, influencing leaders, and securing executive support and active involvement. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in financial services. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to partner with employee relations and legal on complex employee matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and articulate solutions to different audiences. Demonstrated success in the use of data to generate insights, identify trends, and drive informed decision making. Excellent consulting, coaching, influencing, facilitation, and client management skills. Proficiency in change management, relationship-building, and managing conflict. Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with HR colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in consulting with and constructively challenging senior business leaders to shape organizational strategy, goals, and alignment. Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments and across multiple geographies preferred. Experience with Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and Vizier a plus.
