You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. What You’ll Do at Jamf The Security Client Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining client trust where strong security practices are critical to Jamf’s business model. Reporting to the Director of Security Risk & Compliance, the Analyst supports the related activities and improvements as part of Jamf’s overall Security Risk & Compliance program.
Responsibilities
Liaise between Jamf clients (new and existing) and internal teams such as Sales/Deal teams, product security, and Compliance to ensure timely response to information security-related client inquiries.
Contribute to the customer assurance process for responding to questions and questionnaires from customers, potential customers, and partners regarding security and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to complete requests as assigned from the client assurance ticketing queue.
Review security terms in customer contracts and collaborate with security teams to ensure control requirements are implemented.
Contribute to the maintenance of Jamf’s Trust Center to provide clients with insights into Jamf’s security controls (e.g. encryption standards, backup and recovery, product security, security certifications, security reports, etc.).
Collaborate with team members to maintain and leverage the SafeBase tool to complete client security questionnaires.
Maintain Jamf’s content on the Whistic Security Platform for companies to access.
Participate in the development of key performance indicators such as sales support questionnaires and documentation requests, security sales support engagements, security portal views, SafeBase AI completion rates, etc.
Support the preparation of periodic reporting for Senior Management to enable strategic decisions/planning.
Participate in the identification and implementation of program improvement initiatives.
Assist team members in execution of other components of the Security Risk & Compliance Program as needed (e.g. security policy management, 3rd party risk management, cyber security risk management, global security training and awareness program, security controls management).
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field (e.g. IT, audit, legal) with a minimum of 1 year in security operations, governance, risk management, compliance. (Required)
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, 27701, SOC2; StateRAMP and FedRAMP a plus) (Preferred)
Working knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud technology, security tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, participating in multiple projects simultaneously
A practical mindset that can balance compliance and business needs
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Required)
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
Actively pursuing one or more of the following: CGRC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+
Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
Knowledge or security training from ISACA

Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory.

Pay Transparency Range $70,400—$150,100 USD
