The Role You’ll Contribute The Human Resource Business Partner Executive Director (HRBP‑EXEC DIR) Non‑Acute Care serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing a proactive, practical, and valued HR perspective in partnership with facility leadership. The HRBP‑EXEC DIR is a strategic partner to COE and the champion of value‑added programs, ensuring non‑acute business vertical alignment in support of attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent. This individual possesses strong skills in building relationships, diagnosing issues, advising, influencing, and guiding all levels of management on the HR implications of business decisions related to people‑management and leadership. The HRBP‑EXEC DIR drives and deploys programs and strategies for local talent management, development, compensation, performance management, and workplace rights that facilitate change and optimize employee engagement and performance. The HRBP‑EXEC DIR utilizes experience and analytics for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiencies of HR programs and processes, while making recommendations for strategic changes. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining respectful relationships at all levels.

Develops and champions employee wellness programs aligned with organizational mission and business objectives.

Collaborates with business vertical executives to engage, motivate, and retain employees, setting strategy for events, projects, and communication.

Reviews and benchmarks internal and external environments to improve HR policies and initiatives, driving best‑practice sharing across functions.

Serves as a champion for the HR operating model and primary liaison between leadership and COE to ensure services and solutions are aligned with non‑acute business vertical needs.

Acts as a change agent, influencing, negotiating, and gaining buy‑in at multiple levels; drives engagement and change management activities; coaches leaders through change management processes.

Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s in related field

5 years of Leadership Experience

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – preferred

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) – preferred
