Construction Billing & Collections Analyst
to strengthen our accounting and operations team.
Position Overview This role manages project billing cycles from start to finish—coordinating with project managers, verifying contract terms, processing change orders, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate brings both attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and general contractors.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly billings (AIA and non‑AIA formats).
Upload and track invoices in Procore, Textura, GC Pay, or similar systems.
Reconcile pay applications with project managers and accounting.
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.
Process lien waivers, releases, and compliance documentation.
Maintain up‑to‑date billing and collections reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore, Textura, GC Pay, or Viewpoint preferred.
At least one year of construction billing, accounting, or collections experience.
Strong communication and follow‑up skills; professional phone and email etiquette.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving systems.
