Key Responsibilities
Oversee all plant-level financial operations, including general ledger, monthly/annual close, and P&L reporting.
Develop and manage annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and perform variance analysis.
Maintain cost accounting systems: standard costing, tracking labor, material, and overhead variances.
Monitor inventory accounting: WIP, cycle counts, scrap analysis, and work with operations to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
5+ years of general accounting experience, manufacturing or cost accounting preferred.
