Our client, a leading law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate to join its Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of focused experience in estate planning, tax, or related transactional practice areas.
Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Advise clients on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters, including estate and trust administration.
Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service.
Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in trusts and estates, tax, or transactional law.
Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
Prior experience in a mid-size or large law firm preferred.
