Responsibilities:
Lead and review non-public audits/reviews
Research, consult and conclude on complex transactions, including, but not limited to business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements
Prepare and review financial statements and related reports
Oversee research projects
Supervise, train and mentor experienced professionals
Manage all aspects of client service from an audit perspective and foster client relationships
Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
Assist in department initiatives including implementation of new audit/accounting standards
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Active CPA license
7+ years of public accounting experience
Manufacturing, Distribution, Commercial, Construction, or Real Estate industry experience
Advanced technical knowledge of audit/accounting standards and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
Ability to travel to client sites (up to 20% during peak times)
