Legal Operations Manager

Currently, we have a Legal Operations Manager opportunity with a growing technology firm. Our client powers pre‑litigation services for top personal injury firms nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Serving as the operational leader in the pre‑litigation process, ensuring casework is executed with precision, efficiency, and empathy.
Managing and mentoring a high‑performing team, driving quality outcomes for clients, and identifying opportunities to streamline and scale operations.
Leading, coaching, and growing a team of legal operations professionals across various functions.
Overseeing key pre‑litigation workflows—including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow‑ups, and lien resolution.
Driving quality and throughput across high‑volume personal injury caseloads.
Collaborating cross‑functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes.
Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
Maintaining high‑touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders.
Specific Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims—on either the plaintiff or defense side.
Alternatively, 2–3 years of experience as a PI attorney with a clear record of operational improvements, process development, or team coordination.
Strong people‑management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings.
Highly process‑driven and excels in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
Clear and effective communication skills with both clients and attorneys.
Pay Rate Range $110,000 – $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
