We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Sr. Associate Attorney opportunity with our insurance litigation law firm client. The firm offers a collaborative, integrity-driven environment where attorneys are empowered to grow, lead, and deliver exceptional results for clients.
This is a Direct Hire, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office with flexible hours.
Sr. Associate Attorney is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Developing and managing civil litigation cases from inception, through discovery, and on to mediation, arbitration, and / or trial.
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, appearing in court, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and representation to clients.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent negotiation and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in civil litigation is a plus.
Pay Rate Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 annually, DOE and based on bonus option chosen
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
