Job Requirements
Deep experience in drafting, counseling, negotiating and litigating restrictive covenants in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, including orders to show cause.
Excellent academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars.
The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is $250,000 - $275,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
