The Site Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Alpha‑Tec Systems site and driving operational improvement to achieve improved efficiencies and performance. This individual partners and collaborates to achieve continuous improvement opportunities and trains, develops and supports team members in operational priorities, initiatives and safety. This individual will also support customer service, quality and operational excellence by ensuring compliance to applicable local, state, national, and international regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Implements people, processes, and overall operations strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Manages and allocates resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
Guides local people processes, including hiring, and training employees;, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
Effectively leads and champions change and organizational growth.
Collaborates with functional leadership (People & Culture, Finance, Quality, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, R&D, etc.) in the creating and support of an engaged and connected work environment and culture.
Leads change initiatives at a local level, ensuring alignment and connection to One Calibre Scientific organizational culture.
Analyzes operation capacity and recommends adjustments.
Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery and quality offerings to customers and oversees engagement in all customer activities.
Regularly measures and tracks KPIs to monitor and communicate operational performance to executive leadership.
Met regularly with centers of excellence and leadership to discuss site performance and align operational priorities.
Evaluates and recommends key investments needed in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
Executes facility planning and site alignment to ensure safe operations; ensures operational activities meet all applicable domestic and international regulations and requirements.
Prepares for and represents the company at audits conducted by customers and third parties as required.
