Position Summary
Our client is a privately held real estate investment and management firm with a diverse portfolio of industrial and office properties across South Florida. They are bringing their leasing function in-house and seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts, strengthen tenant relationships, and drive occupancy across their portfolio. Salary / Hourly Rate
$80k - $125k plus bonus Position Overview
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing all leasing activities across multiple commercial properties. This individual will conduct market research, show available spaces, prepare LOIs, and collaborate closely with ownership and property management to execute leasing strategies. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, confident in the South Florida commercial market, and able to work independently while achieving results. Responsibilities
Manage the leasing process for industrial and office properties throughout South Florida. Conduct market research to stay informed on rental rates, competition, and market trends. Prepare marketing materials, listings, and property signage for available spaces. Handle property tours and communicate effectively with prospective tenants. Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and assist with lease documentation. Partner with property management on renewals and tenant retention strategies. Track leasing activity, maintain records, and report progress to ownership. Work proactively to identify leasing opportunities and meet occupancy goals. Required Experience and Skills
Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial leasing experience (open to less for strong candidates). Strong understanding of the South Florida real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or lease management tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed). Preferred Experience and Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience preparing and negotiating LOIs and lease agreements. Familiarity with both industrial and office property types. Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Benefits
