You will be crucial in supporting club operations and ensuring an unparalleled experience for members and guests alike. Advancement opportunities will be available for the successful candidate who proves himself or herself throughout the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Experience Required

3+ years of professional golf experience with supervisory roles.

Excellent knowledge of GOLF GENIUS Tournament instruction, USGA rules, and golf-related software for operations reporting.

Strong proficiency in JONAS Software preferred.

Essential Job Functions Operations Management:

Direct and oversee all facets of golf operations, including staff management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Supervise assistant golf professionals, shop assistants, and the outside operations team.

Implement club policies, ensuring adherence to established standards.

Manage merchandising efforts, optimizing inventory control and sales.

Member Engagement:

Conduct engaging golf events and tournaments to enrich member experience.

Foster a collaborative environment that promotes service excellence.

Strategic Planning:

Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance club facilities and member offerings.

Drive initiatives that increase the club's prominence and appeal.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain exemplary communication with members, guests, vendors, and colleagues.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive club operations.
