Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time Baristas to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating teammates and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications. What will you do?
Execute the pre-designed coffee and tea program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Maintain a deep working knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, milks, and preparation techniques
Possess expert-level knowledge of espresso-based drinks and be prepared to fulfill custom guest requests with finesse
Provide gracious, professional service to guests during lunch and dinner.
Prepare all barista station mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
Support inventory control, restocking, prep schedules, and sanitation protocols
Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction
Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
More about you
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fine dining, third-wave coffee shop, or luxury hospitality setting
Mastery of espresso equipment, brewing methods, milk steaming, and beverage presentation
Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set beverage menu with consistency and efficiency
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Strong understanding of coffee, tea, alternative milks, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings
Available mornings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of the shift
Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
