The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring an experienced full-time and part-time Demi Chef de Parties to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. You will be preparing food, adhering to quality standards, operating kitchen equipment, and upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations.
Pay $21.50 – $21.50 / hour

What will you do?
Support the Chef de Partie in preparing, organizing, and executing all components of your assigned station.
Execute prep, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks with precision, consistency, and cleanliness.
Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to kitchen standards.
Assist with plating and service during busy periods, maintaining accuracy and speed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation that reflects the restaurant’s hygiene and safety expectations.
Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and kitchen‑wide prep and breakdown.
More about you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a fine dining or Michelin‑level setting.
Strong knife skills and understanding of foundational cooking techniques.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a high‑performance culinary team.
Excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational habits.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude and ability to take direction with grace.
Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat.
Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift in moderate to high noise levels.
Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids, and operate kitchen equipment.
Exposed to variable temperatures.
