Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Server Assistants to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible while responding to changing needs in the restaurant.

What will you do?
Support Captains in delivering world-class service, maintaining attentiveness, awareness, and discretion at all times
Execute water and beverage service, tableside presentations, clearing and resetting, and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations
Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the pacing and needs of each table
Anticipate guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism
Participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
More about you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
Strong foundational knowledge of food, ingredients, allergens, and dining room protocols
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may include walking up and down stairs
Ability to lift to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
