Our softball program is built on a rich tradition of excellence, proudly holding six state championships and consistently competing at the highest levels. We are committed to fostering an environment that develops student‑athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom.
Responsibilities
Lead, organize, and manage all aspects of the high‑school softball program.
Develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and training programs that promote skill development, teamwork, and competitiveness.
Build and maintain a structured youth softball pipeline, including camps, outreach, and relationships with feeder programs.
Foster a positive team culture centered on sportsmanship, respect, accountability, and character.
Support and monitor student‑athlete academic performance, promoting excellence in the classroom.
Collaborate with athletic department staff, administrators, parents, and community partners.
Uphold district, state, and athletic association policies.
Oversee assistant coaches, budgets, equipment, scheduling, and offseason conditioning programs.
Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or elite club level preferred.
Demonstrated ability to motivate student‑athletes and cultivate a winning culture.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience building or working with youth development programs.
Commitment to academic support and personal development of athletes.
Applicable coaching certifications or willingness to obtain required credentials.
