Overview Reimagined Parking is seeking a Risk Services Analyst to serve as the enterprise administrator and owner of our Risk Management Information System (RMIS), with a primary focus on Riskonnect. This role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and strategic use of claims, safety, insurance, and operational data across North America. The analyst will manage the RMIS platform, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and analytics while serving as the primary liaison with system vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Riskonnect RMIS platform, including system configuration, upgrades, testing, and release management.
Manage user setup, security, permissions, and roles to ensure proper system access and compliance.
Maintain and enhance system integrations with HR, Finance, Operations, TPA, and carrier platforms.
Act as the main point of contact for RMIS vendor relationships, contracts, and ongoing support.
Oversee all aspects of data governance within RMIS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across claims, exposures, insurance, and safety data.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations with carriers, TPAs, actuarial partners, and Finance.
Establish and maintain standardized data definitions, documentation, and workflows.
Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights on claim frequency, severity, and cost drivers.
Deliver routine and ad‑hoc reporting to senior leadership, Finance, Operations, Safety, and external partners.
Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support risk mitigation and insurance strategy.
Translate business questions into analytic solutions that drive measurable impact.
Partner with Finance and Risk to provide renewal data, actuarial support, and risk financing analysis.
Support claims, safety, and operational teams with data‑driven insights that highlight high‑impact locations, loss trends, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain tools and reporting that support compliance, safety programs, and strategic risk initiatives.
Support Fleet Management and Policy/Compliance programs in system administration as needed.
Support RMIS Audit tool functionality and field deployment, including assignments, program management, key insights, and CAPA process application.
Provide RMIS training, documentation, and ongoing support for users across departments.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and external partners to align system use and data reporting needs.
Drive user adoption of RMIS dashboards, tools, and analytics across the enterprise.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in RMIS administration, data analytics, or risk systems management.
Demonstrated success owning and managing RMIS platforms, with Riskonnect experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
Professional designations (ARM, CPCU, CRM) or vendor certifications preferred but not required.
