Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Mid to Senior‑Level Associate Attorney to join its Construction Practice in the Miami office. This is a compelling opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a nationally recognized team handling high‑stakes construction and real estate litigation matters across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in construction‑related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay claims.
Handle real estate litigation matters connected to development projects and large‑scale commercial construction.
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and engage in oral advocacy before courts.
Manage cases independently or in collaboration with trial teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or real estate litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills required.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex casework.
Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance legal environment.
