Job Description: The Senior Manager for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a high‑visibility role designed to act as a force‑multiplier for the Sr. Director of IBP, driving the maturity and effectiveness of the company’s most critical planning processes in alignment with global expectations. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on transforming business processes, influencing without hierarchical authority, and connecting operational plans to financial and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

IBP Process Mastery & Governance: Ensuring all IBP review steps are designed and implemented according to International standard IBP practice. Act as a key steward of the process discipline. Accountable for full integration and overall compliance to Demand Review, Supply Review, IR and BPR processes.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Own and manage IBP process, including overseeing and providing guidance for IBP process and tools improvement at the BU level. Lead the design and implementation of improvements to the end‑to‑end IBP process. Identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and enhance cross‑functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health.

Strategy & Transformation Projects: Partner with the Sr. Director to formulate and drive the long‑term IBP strategy and Best‑in‑Class Vision. Manage key strategic projects to advance IBP maturity, including technology evaluation, organizational change management, and capability building.

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub for IBP, building strong partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure one integrated plan.

Performance Management: Implement necessary metrics, scorecards and KPI’s to ensure success tracking for each IBP review step, including process measures and output measures.

Key Deliverables:

A robust, efficient, and respected monthly IBP process that enables confident decision‑making.

Continuous improvements in key business metrics (e.g., increased forecast accuracy, reduced inventory, improved service levels) as a result of process enhancements.

Successful implementation of IBP improvement projects, on time and within scope.

A clearly articulated IBP strategy and roadmap, endorsed by senior leadership.

A self‑sustaining IBP culture, evidenced by a business‑wide community of practice that is proficient, engaged, and accountable for running the IBP process effectively.

Required Competencies & Experience:

Process Expertise: 7+ years of proven experience in designing, implementing, or leading a mature Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

Duration: 6 month contract opportunity.

Work Model: 100% onsite in East Hanover, NJ.

Rate Range: $75-80/hr. W2 (based on experience).
