Marketing Director - Miami Salary Range: $115,000 to $145,000

Role Overview The Marketing Director will lead Outform’s global marketing and branding initiatives from our Miami location. Reporting to the Vice President of Agency Services, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen Outform’s market positioning, and amplify the agency’s role as a leader in retail solutions and innovation. This position will oversee the Miami‑based marketing team, manage the global marketing budget, and collaborate closely with commercial and executive teams worldwide. A key focus will be leading the evolution of Outform’s CRM and marketing intelligence processes to enhance pipeline visibility and lead generation, while working in partnership with sales and executive leadership who also rely on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain Outform’s global marketing strategy, ensuring outreach consistently drives marketing‑qualified leads and supports commercial growth

Safeguard and evolve the Outform brand, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communications, campaigns, and client‑facing materials

Manage global online, digital, and social initiatives, including content development, campaign execution, and performance optimization

Support commercial teams with tailored marketing requests, including presentations, proposals, and campaign assets that fuel business development

Plan and execute exhibitions, events, and activations designed to generate leads and strengthen Outform’s relationships with key clients and prospects

Partner with sales and executives to enhance CRM and lead‑generation workflows, optimizing marketing intelligence without full ownership of the platform

Align closely with business development leaders to ensure marketing strategies support and expand the agency’s growth apparatus

Oversee the global marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI across initiatives

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Miami‑based marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred

7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within an agency or B2B environment, with expertise in global brand management and lead generation

Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools, with experience optimizing workflows and deriving actionable insights

Demonstrated success managing marketing teams, budgets, and multi‑channel campaigns across digital and experiential platforms

Proven ability to plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, or large‑scale activations that drive business outcomes

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies

Strategic thinker with creativity, commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering marketing initiatives that fuel business growth
